SLP on a Balboa hot tub: sleep mode
The tub is in Sleep mode. It heats only during filter cycles and only to within about 20°F of the set temperature. It is a setting, not a fault.

What to try, in order
- Use the mode button sequence in your owner's manual to step from Sleep back to Standard mode.
- Confirm the display shows St or Std, or just the temperature.
- Allow several hours for the water to come back up to temperature.
