WATER TOO HOT questions

What does M029 mean?

M029 is the Balboa BP code for spa water that is too hot, about 110°F. Older panels show it as OHS.

How do I stop my hot tub overheating in summer?

Reduce filter cycle time, run cycles at night, and prop the cover open a little on hot days. Pump friction is what adds the extra heat.
