Power and Ready lights blinking questions

Why are both lights flashing on my Hot Spring?

Low water flow through the heater. Dirty filters are the usual cause.

How often should Hot Spring filters be cleaned?

Rinse them every 1 to 2 weeks and soak them in filter cleaner about once a month. Replace them when the pleats stay discolored or frayed after cleaning.
